Actor Matthew Perry from the TV show Friends has just sold his Hollywood Hills mansion for $4.685 million! According to public records, Matthew Perry purchased the property for $4.475 million in 2008.
The 4,100 square-foot contemporary, architectural house features retractable glass walls in the living room and master bedroom, white terrazzo floors, a home theater, media room, pool, spa, 3 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms. The home offers amazing unobstructed views of downtown Los Angeles as well as the Sunset Strip and the canyons.
Perry now lives in another Hollywood Hills home that he purchased for $8.65 million in 2011.
