1100 Wilshire was originally an office building that was converted to a full service luxury residential condominium. It is located in the Central City West District of Downtown Los Angeles. The condos are on floors 17-37 and there are 12 levels of parking.
Each unit has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and floor to ceiling corner views of the city. Current Building Code prevents new high-rise constructions in the area, allowing 1100 Wilshire unobstructed views from Catalina to Echo Park Lake. The building also offers 24-hour security, private storage units, and BBQ facilities.
