Christina Aguilera's private estate in Beverly Hills on Doheny Rd just sold after two years on the market! The mansion was originally the Osbourne family residence where the reality TV show "The Osbourne" was filmed. Aguilera purchased the home with her ex-husband Jordan Bratman for $11.5 million in 2007 and had the property listed at $13.5 million. The final sale price of the property has not yet been revealed. The Osbournes originally purchased the home for $6.3 million in 1999.
The gated private 10,000 square foot estate has 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and offers a grand master suite with its own fireplace, lounge and his and her bathrooms and closets. Other features include a fabulous children's room, gym, game room, gift-wrapping area, movie room, beauty salon, guest house with recording studio, pool with water slide, spa, and a BBQ area.
