PROFESSIONALISM:  I noticed from the beginning that Jamie was very professional in how she dealt with me and with the entire process.  She was very prompt (I’m talking minutes) in responding to the four million questions I would ask her.  She never got frustrated once or emailed me in a way where it was cursory.   Even when dealing with the seller’s agents she was cordial and asked all the hard questions to get things done right.  She was never late to any of our meetings and was always there to greet us. 

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:  Jamie knows the entire process of writing a proper offer all the way to making sure the closing and documentation is correct.  She not only knew her job, but she also knew what my mortgage broker was supposed to be doing as well.  Having that knowledge and skill was immensely crucial to me because I was able to do quality checks on the work of my broker as well as other external agencies that were part of the home buying process.   One thing that I especially liked about Jamie was that if she didn’t know an answer to one of my questions, she didn’t try to make something up to make her look good, she just promptly stated that she didn’t know and went to get the answer for me.  Usually the answer came in minutes! 

RELIABILITY AND TRUSTWORTHINESS:  Throughout the entire process of buying my place, Jamie was trustworthy and reliable.  In this day and age, it’s really hard to find people you trust to walk you through a stressful event like purchasing a home.  Jamie made it easy by being straightforward with me and being an email or phone call away.
