The property is walking distance to shops, bars, art galleries on Main Street and Abbot Kinney Boulevard.
According to public records, she purchased the home for $1.54 million. An estimated monthly payment on this home, assuming 20 percent down on a 30-year fixed mortgage at current interest rates, would be approximately $6800.
