He purchased the home for $1.75 million in 2003 and tried to sell it in 2010 for $3.995 million before taking it off the market. Kanye and his pregnant girlfriend, Kim Kardashian recently purchased a new home in Bel-Air, which may be the reason for the sale of his Hollywood Hills home.
